Monica Ofcharik has over eight years of experience as a legal assistant in the family law practice field. Before joining the firm, Monica worked with other well known family law lawyers and firms in the Dallas area. She is knowledgeable about and skilled in assisting clients with complex family law issues; property division; child custody, possession and support issues; collaborative law; mediation; and courtroom presentation and decorum. As a result, she is able to provide conscientious support during settlement conferences, mediations, hearings, depositions and discovery, and trials. Monica's experience and participation in all levels of case preparation and presentation has made her a valuable resource to our clients during what is inevitably a very traumatic time in their lives.
